Hi and welcome, my name is CJ. I’m late-diagnosed AuDHD, a freelance-writer, collector of chronic illnesses and owner of a very naughty mini sausage dog!
I was diagnosed autistic at 40 and ADHD at 42, and in both instances I found myself flung out into the world post-diagnosis without support, feeling completely at sea. What has helped me feel far less adrift is the ND community and I want to create a space to share our stories and experiences, as well as useful information and resources – be sure to check out the info directories including one for Neuroaffirmative Therapists among others.
